The best way to distribute your EPK is via the “Email My EPK”
tool in your account. There you can enter the recipients’ email
addresses (up to 25 at once), include an individualized message, and
click “Send” to distribute the EPK. Your recipients will receive a
dynamic HTML-based message with the front page of your EPK embedded on
it. Clicking on any one of the EPK links will open up the full EPK for
your recipients.  Additionally, you can now receive an email when ever your recipient opens the email, so you know when and how to follow up. Try it by sending it to yourself first!

You can send your EPK as often as you like to anyone with an email
address without wasting money on CD duplication, supplies, and postage.
Send it to venues, bookers, A&R reps, promoters, and anyone else to
make initial connections and build relationships. Use this tool to book
tours (we’ve seen them book entire international tours using this tool
alone).

You can update your EPK whenever you want and your recipients will
always have access to the latest version. The “Sent Items” tab in the
“Email My EPK” section will keep a record of everyone to whom
you’ve sent it over the past three months.

If you’d like, you can also send your EPK URL in a personal email. Your
EPK URL is located at the bottom of your account pages, and it is
usually www.sonicbids.com/ followed by the name of the artist. You can
change your EPK URL in the “Edit My EPK” section of your account.
